lost

suddenly i feel a bit lost in my new job. perhaps it's the "talk" my asst mgr gave me that made me relook at the whole ralliart thingy in a different light. all along i was a follower, a follower of processes. now i've to be the one who sets the processes and get pple to follow them. think i'm too much of a softie.
