finally bought my creative lx200 mp3 player!!!! i'm soooooooooooooo happi!!!! been wanting to get a mp3 player for such a long time. it's finally here!!!!!!

yesterday at the expo fair, was contemplating between the jukebox 30GB or the 256mb lx 200.......finally decided to get the smaller capacity one. prob will aim for the apple ipod once i have enough songs to download onto it....!!

had the 1st annual general meeting at the bukit batok east cc. i've joined the youth club there (one of my friends pulled me in to join). the executive committee members seem quite fun. there were abseiling and archery demonstrations today. tried archery and i got hooked! too bad the place to learn is at potong pasir....too far for me. moreover the courses are only conducted on weekdays. there was a visually impaired guy who was with the archery team. very impressed with him.

watched the t'ang quartet at the esplanade this evening. not bad tho i almost snoozed off in the first piece. the second piece was more energetic. been quite a while since i last attended such concerts.

managed to rush off from work to attend this concert. almost tot i couldn't make it on time. thankful for the hari raya hol tomorrow. got a short break before i start to pia at work again. recently quite sway, so kena a lot of nonsense thrown in my path.

wilber pan (taiwan's relatively new R & B singer) came to spore for some promotional activities. so happens one of the venus is near my house, so i accompanied my sister there. he looks fatter in real life but quite cute. alwiz the smiley face type.

lately i've been going thru books after books....alternating between the more "gory" author Phillip Margolin and the more humorous author Janet Evanovich, both of the same genre - thriller , detective type novels. I like the books by Janet Evanovich where she collaborates with her good friend Charlotte Hughes. The main characters Max Holt and Jamie Swift leave the reader laughing all the way at their sexual chemistry and stubborness.

Hv reserved the latest novel "big bad wolf" by james patterson via the library's online website. I'm in queue 37 and the book is not even out in the lib yet! i think it won't have chance to hit the shelves till at least 2-3 months later when the reservation lists is exhausted. hardly see an author with such a long reservation list ! this shows how popular he is.

had a relatively good weekend. it's back to work time today. worked till almost 9pm...it's the peak season for garments, therefore my 2nd home is my office...where i normally "puasa" from lunch time till the time i get home (read= dinner turns supper). still feeling hungry now...had a bowl of soup and some veggies just now.

i wanna find a nice place to hang out in spore....but it seems to be so difficult to find. i wanna hang out with my frens...can picture the group of us sitting on a grass patch , admiring the sea view and happily chatting. but such things are not quite possible in singapore due to the humid weather. if only i'm in perth now...i could go mill point and do just that. if only......

been ages since i last wrote an entry. it's nov now....we're coming to the end of the yr very soon. i've seen some shopping centres putting up xmas decor.

wondering y i'm up so late? well, i came home not too long ago. was staying in office late for the past few days. shipments are not a lot but the s**t is a whole damn pile. (pardon me for being so crude but i have to release it somewhere else i'll go bonkers)

recently macdonalds introduced the alphabet bears and people are grabbing it like crazy. it costs $1.50 for a bear with any purchase, 20cents will go to children's charity. the vowels are snapped up at lightning speed! think many people buy to form names. i got myself a letter 'M'...:)
