it's finally the last day of my long weekend. i've gotten the 'back to work' blues since this morning. haiz...quite expected i guess. i've had a good break for the past few days and am in a jolly good mood. :)

bought myself a book entitled 'why men don't listen and women can't read maps'. been wanting to get it for a long time so decided to buy it today before the 1% increase in GST next year.

hv decided not to make any new yr resolutions as i know i'll not keep to it. i did set up some goals to achieve for the next yr and i'm keeping my fingers crosses in hope that i'll be able to achieve every single one of them.

in case i dont have the time to blog before the coming new year....i wanna wish everyone a HAPPY and JOYOUS NEW YEAR and with it, bring lotsa good luck and wealth for everyone. :)

hmm...i'm enjoying my long break...yesterday went shopping at orchard. it was rather crowded coz i guess everyone had the same idea in mind. there were sales everywhere and people were grabbing stuff like they were free. goodness! to think pple are complaining about the bad economy. what an irony!

managed to grab 2 of my fave authors' books from the lib earlier on so i can spend some quiet time to myself reading. lately been taking more photos and selecting some of them to post on the web. i miss taking photos. prob should borrow some photography books and polish up my phototaking skills. then slowly aim for a more function SLR ! wahahahaaha!

it's xmas eve !! managed to go back quite early today and took a nice late afternoon nap. feels so refreshed! tmr will be going over to my fren's place for xmas lunch.

my mood is very good now as i'm on a long long break till 29th dec !!! oh yah!! feels so shiok!!! even though i might not have plans for everyday , at least i know i don't have to face s**t at work and i get rest after one hectic week. hmmm...

got myself a new hairstyle ! this time is shorter and my centre parting is gone! it's redder than before and i'm gonna try to style my hair in a more funky manner! i feel so good after a rest over this weekend. feel more prepared to cheong for this coming week !!!

oh yay !

the past week has been utter insanity for me. i lack sleep and am still down with a slight flu. i've been clocking at least 14 hrs per day in the office. my partner has taken a week's leave (which started on wed till next tues) and i've to cover her duties. it ain't easy and with the peak period of xmas, life ain't smooth. by the time i get home, i hardly have the appetite to eat my dinner. (which is around 10.30pm-1100pm+)

i'm so thankful the weekend is finally here. i can take a good rest and breathe properly. i'm looking fwd to xmas day. not that i celebrate it, but i'll be on leave for the following few days. hiak hiak...my turn to disappear.

the samsung handphone (SGH-E700A) i've been eyeing is finally out in spore. unfortunately it costs a hefty SGD $788 for a 2 yr plan with m1 !! way above my budget. i like the design and it's multi shot function. :) hopefully its price will drop below 500 and i'll buy it.

xmas is coming and everyone's getting into the festive mood. i see a lot of people shopping in the streets and there're many promotions in shopping centres. i've been quite busy lately (working of coz) due to the peak season. let's hope that the xmas week will be a quiet one for me.

wondering how i managed to type a blog so early in the day? well, i'm actually on MC. down with flu so i went to see a doc in the afternoon and took the rest of the day off from work.

went to buy a gift for xmas exchange at my fren's place on xmas day. looking forward to it...:)
