end of aug

these few days hv been quite relaxing for me coz it's a lull period for the marketing team. been reading alot of photography magazines and books borrowed from the library. looking foward to more opportunities to shoot and improve myself. prob need to start learning photoshop soon coz it seems like with digital photography comes digital imaging and fine tuning. personally, i prefer out of the camera shots. nothing done to the photo so that it retains the 'natural' look.

had a lovely dinner with my gd fren on sat at nanbantei (a jap yakitori restaurant) located on the 5th floor of far east plaza. the food's really good and there're some unusual stuff like isaki sashimi and asparagus with pork. it's a little pricey but it's worth the value!

will be going to the zoo this coming sunday. it's my company's family day and i would be looking foward to take as many photos as possible. will be getting my rechargable batteries and packing up my cam towards the end of the week. so exciting!

it's over!

i'm so glad the launch is finally over. a big relief off my shoulders. the launch went successfully and we received a lot of good feedback from trade partners and customers. hope to take a short break before embarking on the next project (dunno wat else my boss would assign me to do)

flu bug

down with the flu bug over the weekend. felt so miserable coz i spent my time cooped up at home. must be overworked, too stressed over the upcoming launch -that's wat my fren said. today took half day off coz still drowsy over the medicine. been coughing like crazy and decided that the best way is to stay home, instead of spreading germs around.

in the evening, i felt much better and went downstairs for a stroll with my S3. took some shots of my neighbourhood. due to the sunset and strong breeze, some photos didn't turn out well. posted some of the nicer ones on my flickr page. just realised that yahoo bought over a number of websites! blogger and flick r belong to them.

hope i'll be better tomorrow...launch is happening on friday. can't wait for next week to come.
