went to catch the F1 powerboat race at singapore river. stood at the esplanade side to catch the race. one of the powerboats flipped during the race and had to be towed away. the surrounding areas of the river such as one fullerton and esplanade were very crowded, as people wanted to watch the "free" race. i think the ticket is around $41 if you want a close up view of the competitors. the victors rode on their powerboats and went for one around, waving to the spectators.

the long weekend seems to pass soo fast ! haiz...it's alwiz like that when one's having fun. :(

been staying till late in the office for the last few days. had a lot of shipment problems and problems with the new contractor as well. hope things can be ironed out asap, else i dunno how long hell is gonna last.

i hope tomorrow goes smoothly and we're all mentally prepared for the pre-holiday madness. just hope the day goes past fast and i can come home and take a good break over the long weekend. got no plans yet....can't think of any. anyway, it hink everywhere will be crowded as well.

had a successful shopping trip yesterday! bought a lot of stuff.....retail therapy helps (tho it's quite bad on the pocket!) nmind, am getting my pay next week. heehee......

been eating and drinking for the whole afternoon at my grandma's house as there was a buffet sponsored by my uncle. he won lottery so called all the relatives over for a meal. the food's not too bad and i had a good time playing with my younger cousins. they seem to have grown so much from the last time i see them around 1 month ago. kids are growing fast !

been staying quite late in the office these few days....work load is piling up, esp this week, there're quite a few people on mcs. those 'mgmt' level aren't helping us much either. plus our company just changed the contractor and it's causing quite a bit of hiccups and complains. displeasure is in the air..........

gonna shop for shops and some clothes this weekend. feels kinda boring to wear the same stuff over and over again. prob get some brighter colours too ! hope my shopping trip will be succesful.........:)

just finished watching sun yan zi's final concert on tv. this is the last concert she's giving before she goes on her one yr break. think a lot of fans will miss her , including myself. then again, she really needs a break. her album hardly has time to fly off the shelf , and the next new one comes along. let's hope she'll have a well deserved break and be back in a yr with better songs !!!

down with a terrible flu after my dinner and dance. probably i partied too much ! hahaha.... had a good time during the dinner and dance. not that i'm exaggerating but i felt i quite look that night. :P my good friend helped with my make up and i went to the salon to style my hair. i like that wind blown look...really cool !!

it was continuous partying for me as i didn't sleep till 1pm++ on sunday. after d n d, a bunch of us went to mohd sultan to continue partying at double o. my jb colleague stayed over at my house and we ended up chatting till day break. has been a really long time since i've had so much fun !!!!!!

too bad i caught the flu bug and i'm resting at home. i can't walk properly now as i've got for my 1st treatment for my wart on my left heel. another 5 treatments to go before the wart is completely exterminated.

it's midweek...the mood is building up in my office towards sat's dinner and dance @ concorde hotel. my lucky draw number is 3038.......38! wat a number...hope it brings me luck !!

people are doing last min shopping....i'm still deciding on what to wear. decided not to waste $ to buy new clothes and just grab wat's in my cupboard. tho the theme's glamorous night, but the dress code's formal...so it's a major irony. will be styling my hair @ jantzen before going to the d n d. hope it will be fun tho i'm looking forward to the late night clubbing!
