bought my gameboy advanced sp yesterday !!!!!! sooooo happpiiiiieeeee !!!!!!! heehee.....i've been eyeing since before it's launched. saw a pic of it on the website. it's pretty cool and the colours are quite bright. it has a lcd screen so it's quite clear from all angles. my latest electronic gadget...so one thing off my wish list. :D

addicted to one of the games i bought. been playing it since yesterday and today. hopefully i can get my mind off it while at work ! even tot of bringing it to work so that i can play during lunch time but i think it's quite ridiculous to do that. heehee...i'm just sooo excited at getting it....heeheeeeee

the post effects of my colleague being on leave last week is all coming to me. made so many mistakes at work...luckily the boss didn't scold me. now i'm put on extra training (which equates to long long nites). haiz...sometimes i think it's the training program that failed in the first place. can't really push all the blame to me..but that's working life. it sucks. another 2 from the main office handed in their resignation letter. 2 weeks ago, 3 of them resigned. shows something about the company eh?

was so delighted at having to find my Meiji birthday bear ! was looking thru the many trays of Meiji bear boxes and chanced upon my own birth date. could still remember when the bears were first launched at watsons, i practically dug through the whole display of bears at various outlets but no luck.

heheee..now the little brown bear called Chris (as its name tag says) is hanging on my cupboard. ^____^

just got home from my short trip to genting highlands/kl with my family. had a good break over the weekend!! feel so refreshed to handle the hellish week coming up w/o my partner around. she has taken a week's leave at a rather last min.

bought some clothings and a pair of shoes. too bad i could only find a nice pair from vincci. had brought a big bag there in hope that i could grab a few pairs of shoes.

weather in spore is very different from KL. after a whole day's worth of walking around, we didn't feel sticky. once we alighted from the bus in spore, we could feel the heat and soon we were perspiring all over.

time to get back to reality and crawl back to work tomorrow. wish me lotsa luck !!!!

had such a horribly busy day at work as i had to cover the duties of my partner while she's away for 3 days. could hardly hv the time to go to the washroom !

work aside, am reading marian keyes' first novel 'watermelon'. perhaps it's the bright green cover or that i like to eat watermelons, the book just attracts me to it. flipped thru the pages and scannned thru the tiny wordings on each page. been quite some time since i last read a novel abt romantic comedies. i got hooked on it after reading the first chapter...it's really funny and the author tells the story in a conversational manner.

this paragraph caught my eye as i was reading it on my way home today....
"People are always encouraging each other to do things that they know the other person won't do. And then get the shock of their lives when the person actually does it."

i just feel that paragraph is so true. i've met with instances like that...don't you agree?

yah! it's the weekend again...altho i've got to work tml, i'm happy that i can go shopping after that. my partner is taking a long leave next week....so i'll be very busy. must enjoy myself to the fullest over this weekend! can't waste it.....oh yah!! *big smile*

pc show @ spore expo starting today till sun. tempted to get some stuff there but my pockets are dry...decided not to go lest i get tempted. hiak hiak....

my mood was utterly destroyed early in the morning...had a tremendouly BAD start to the week. haiz....dun wish to mention the incident here..but it truly spoilt my mood for the whole damn day. bloody hell !

just got home from a trip to sentosa. stayed there overnight since sat. had fun ! however, i didn't managed to get tanned even after putting loads of tanning lotion all over my arms and legs. so sad!!

the weather can really kill as it was scorching hot today! felt like melting after lying by the poolside suntanning for 15mins. took some photos which i would upload later on. some of them are with my fren's digi cam. the crowd on sat was more overwhelming than sun. think most pple took advantage of the step out spore deals to stay at rasa sentosa.
