working with a bunch of idiots

working with idiots can make one go insane. it's either they cannot understand your simple explanation, or they're just plain bloody assholes who whack u at every single opportunity. of coz i'm refering to my customers, not my colleagues or frens.

at times i feel like telling them off but i can't. customer's alwiz right no matter how idiotic they are or how ridiculous their demands are. they can call you at any time they like. example A: calling at midnight on a friday and expect u to be awake to entertain his demands. example B: calling at 6pm++ and expect u to fulfill some orders even tho it's very obvious the shipment cannot make it due to system down @ customer's end.

how ridiculous and unreasonable can they get??!! have they ever spare a tot for others? we need our personal space and time to sleep. we're not workaholics or machines that operate 24/7. we're not servants or slaves to you. we're just your contractor, providing you a service to the best of our abilities. we're all only HUMANS.

i wanna give up jap, i feel like giving up jap. after yesterday's class, i wanna peng. i think i'm not cut out for jap. i couldn't catch up in class and i feel so lost!! arrrgghhhh

today i'm home early. i'm gonna start revising triply hard. normally i'll look thru the notes and try to memorise the terms/verbs. i realised that just memorising is no use. i'm not fast eonugh when constructing questions and sentences. also, i keep getting the verbs mixed up. well, in a good way, after yest's class i noe where my weak points are and can work hard today.

the hot & humid weather is a true killer! i feel as if i'm melting away... fortunately my bedroom has aircon, else i would be tossing and turning in my sleep, soaked in perspiration. argghhh

today's jap class was a killer as well. it's all about verbs and boy, they're really TOUGH!! quite confusing also. lotsa memory work to be done. i'm halfway thru my basic part 1. another 4 more lessons and it would be a test. hope i can pass it in order to get to the next level.

oh, what the fish!

that was my msn nickname during office the whole day. i felt very very pek chek and unhappy. pulled a long black face for 7/8 of the day. didn't wanna join anyone for lunch. my mgr sense something wrong and pulled me out for macs @ ginza plaza. he said i looked down for the past 2 weeks and wondered what's wrong with me. i simply answered 'work'.

tho i did feel a bit better after lunch, the sense of frustration and anger was still in me. why do i feel like this? of coz there has to be a reason. the reason is i can't stand covering up for another dept's work while that dept's own pple dun even bother!! what the hell is this? everyone takes for granted i'm supposed to cover here and there when the sales admins are not around. then who's supposed to cover for me? all happily think i sit at my chair eng eng, nothing better to do. bloody hell!! makes my blood boil!!!! all these courtesy of my poor colleague who has to extend her chicken pox mc. (i was covering for her for the whole of last week and the few days before last week coz she kena chicken pox)

anyway, tmr i'm declaring a day off. wanna go pamper myself. buay tahan liao...i'll go crazy.
