cut and highlighted my hair and bought lotsa stuff today ! now i'm feeling soo broke.... wasted my $$ on kylie minogue's complication album...it's not nice. shucks.... ... the gameboy game i bought wasn't what i expected....another shucks.

saw the new nokia n-gage phone....it resembles a gameboy and the graphics are very sharp ! it's retailing at $488 for a 2 yr plan at m1. pity the phone's a bit bulky else I can consider changing to that phone. :P

got up early to go to polyclinic to get a referral letter for the wart on my foot. it has been bugging me for a month but i'm too busy to go. gonna go cut m hair soon. it's gonna be a whole new look again ! hiak hiak..... hopefully it turns out good else i might look too disasterous to go to work on Mon !

ooohh....getting a little overly excited. gonna scout around for the creative LX200 mp3 player... tempted to get one. lotsa things to do and no time to waste...ciao !

rec'd an email from the big boss commenting on the ladies' dress code. it's not that we dressed very sloppily but she wanna make a big fuss out of it. goodness! as if we're like small little kids. now i've to go get a new pair of pumps and keep all my knee length skirts coz we've gotta wear stockings. it's soo warm yet we've to wear them. haiz...troublesome. the best way is to wear pants and long skirts that cover our legs.

it's friday ! altho it was a very tiring and busy for me, i'm still keeping my smile. dunno y but i've just got this feel good feeling in me suddenly ! heehee..... perhaps i've gone bonkers. think the high fever must hv caused the circuitry in my mind to go haywire !!

looking forward to getting my reserved book at bukit batok lib tomorrow. it's by carol matthews entitled ' the sweetest taboo'. shall spend some time in the lib to look for other authors and hope to discover another good one.

should be going to the jurong bird park on sun with my family if the weather permits. then we can visit our birdie !! wonder if it still recognises us.

down with mild food poisoning and fever today. ran in and out of the toilet last night. felt so miserable and weak. the day is fast ending and my fever still hasn't subsided. hope it goes away by tomorrow.

felt a little bad.....just as i was leaving, a colleague passed me some faxes which contained a very late booking. my planners hv long gone home and the download is closed. my computer was switched off and in fact i was already carrying my bag. i went over to another colleague's desk to key the booking in, not knowing if it's going to come in today or tomorrow.

when i got back to my desk to put the fax on my desk, the phone rang. i refused to pick it up. afterall i'm officially off duty and i didn't have to entertain any more phone calls. the next thing i did, i walked out of the office. felt like kicking myself for not leaving earlier. was idling around chatting with some colleagues.

anyway, i'm not bothered by it. no point working that hard. it's not that i do not give my best but sometimes we've to sit back and think of the priorities in life.

had to drag myself to work this morning. serious case of monday blues. my legs just wouldn't cooperate and rather stay stuck in my house. sigh....

finished reading james patterson's latest novel ' the lake house' in one go yesterday. magnificent page turner indeed ! his books never fail to make me stop reading. it's like the pringles ad...'once you start, you can't stop'! well, not many authors can write like him. am waiting for his next book 'big bad wolf' which is due in nov 2003.

it's my 1st yr anniversary working in my current company. tot it might be a good day but unfortunately it's a terrible one instead. worked till almost 9.30pm. think i was overstarved, didn't feel hungry at all. hope i do not get gastric in the next few days.

am dead tired now...shall check emails and ciao.
